Normally when the holding force of the drum decreases，the spiral belt would easily drop from the guide block, causing the conveying condition unstable.

WELDON® curve edge spiral belt ensures the stable operation even when the holding force between the belt and drum is small, the curve edge would not drop from the guide block.
Metal plate construction for spiral freezer belt.
Normal spiral belt in the freezer,would get excessive contraction,excessive tension and easy to break.So WELDON® added a metal plate construction in the spiral freezing belt.By reserving the freezing shrinkage, there will be relative zero shrinkage,also successfully avoiding the excessive tension caused by the contraction principle.

A case in Columbia: Single spiral cooling tower, with total height of 6 meters, up in and down out conveying design. Adopt 420 meters of WELDON® 3843 series spiral belt, which should meet FDA standard and pass SGS test.
A case in Russia: A spiral freezing tower, adopts WELDON® L3843 spiral belt,with total length of 200 meters. Tower is driven by one motor.
A case in China: spiral cooling tower. Belt must meet ISO9000 and FDA standards, with the function of UV protection.
