Equipment problems:
Stainless steel chain was running under conditions of heavy load and no lubrication, Pin wear-out and loud noise.
The inner side of the plastic corner track in the turning section is badly worn.
Butt transition of turning section is in multi motor and multi transition mode.
The width of the stainless steel chain is smaller than the size of the outer edge of the bottle body.
S-bend channel is in a T-shaped transition,and there is serious interference between the material and the running direction of the chain plate.
Modification scheme:
Number of butt transition and motors will be reduced.
Stainless steel chain and corner track are replaced.
Width of the frame and chain are modified.
Motor drive mode and transition mode are modified.
The stainless steel chain of the conveyor section is replaced by plastic chain that can run in S-bend;
The conveyor chain plate and the lane changing device before and after the automatic bagging machine are reformed, and LBP chain is used to replace the existing lane changing device, which is convenient for the lateral movement of the product.
Frame of the automatic bagging machine are reformed, and the product is transferred vertically to the 180°bend conveyor section.
Effect after modification:
Plastic chain runs smoothly without skipping teeth.
The return drive mode of the straight line and the transition section are in good condition.
